• Freshers (training will be provided)
• Experienced Student Counselors / Education Advisors
• Graduates and Undergraduate candidates
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admissions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and walk-in inquiries
• Convert leads into admissions
• Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
• Achieve assigned admission targets
• Senior counselors will guide and mentor junior team members
