Designation : Technical Sales Executive. (Inbound)
Technical Support Executive (voice process/ Inbound)
• Experience Required:
• We are looking for the candidates with following skill sets or qualities :
• Ability to understand/ diagnose the customer's technical problem and action accordingly.
• Should have excellent communication & convincing skills.
• Shifts Morning/ Day/Night
• 6days Working, rotational Off.
• Experience in Inbound/ Outbound Technical Sales for more than 1yr and must to know how to close their calls.
• Age should be between 18-33 Years.
• Confident and self motivated with positive attitude.
• Able to crack sales on / Printers/Antivirus/Windows/ Mac mixed calls etc.

• Education Required : 12th Pass / Graduate/ Undergraduate/ Any Bachelors degree.
• Benefits and facilities:
• Fixed Salary on 1st of every month In Salary Account
• 24 leaves in a year comp offs+b'day leaves
• Very Attractive Incentives
• No Extension of Shift Timings
• Friendly Working Environment
