Role description
• To analyze the functional and technical specifications of the products/software and prepare high-quality and user-friendly documentation for end users.
Required Expertise
• 2 to + years of experience as a Technical Writer or Software Documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Documentation tools like MS Office, Robohelp, Acrobat, SnagIt, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated experience working with application and infrastructure architecture diagrams development, which aligns with industry open standards.
• Sound knowledge and experience in Content architecture and cataloging.
