Roles and Responsibilities
• Ritical review of the existing processes and suggest areas of improvement which would enhance control, simplify process flow & prevent fraudulent practices.
• Tracking control items of branches & Pre-empting possible violation of controls / processes
• Coordinating with Regulatory authorities & Ops and KYC training to newly joined bank employees.
• Identify any operational risk areas and process gaps - escalate to higher level & initiate necessary refinements.
• Effectively track and identify revenue leakage & suggest measures / process to plug the same.
• Updating self on various regulatory compliance, circular issued by RBI & various internal processes introduced
