Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site Voice Process (BPO) role located in pune. The responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service by responding to inbound/outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services. The role also involves processing and following up on customer requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to meet performance targets. Adhering to company protocols and delivering a high standard of communication will be integral to daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to address customer needs effectively and professionally
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Process Improvement to identify and implement operational enhancements
• Experience in training and guiding team members to improve performance and customer interactions
• Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment preferred
