JOB SUMMARY
Co-create, with Domain Tech Lead (DTL), a multi-year product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with domain OKRs to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Have strong knowledge in Cross Border Payments and Domestic Payments
Experience in ISO/Swift/Remittance/Visa/MC and Domestic Payment network integration
Shape the product's strategic direction by leveraging market insights, user data, and competitive analysis, supported by advanced analytics to guide decision-making.
Continuously align and communicate the hive’s product vision, maintaining a dynamic, data-driven product roadmap with input from relevant stakeholders, Domain Lead, and Product Owners.
Enable and promote data-driven prioritization and strategic data decision-making to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with strategic goals.
Champion client and stakeholder voices across the product lifecycle, ensuring their needs are consistently addressed.
Maximize product value by ensuring the hive delivers impactful solutions at the right time while meeting delivery milestones.
Oversee the development of the release strategies and value delivery roadmaps to streamline execution.
Proactively remove blockers or impediments that hinder hive performance, product delivery or learning opportunities.
Foster a high-performing and cohesive hive culture by driving engagement, collaboration, and accountability.
Partner with Product Owner Chapter Lead to define and uphold governance standards aligned to Product Owner R&Rs and expectations.
Supervise the performance, management, and discipline of Product Owners, fostering accountability and alignment with organisational objectives.
Identify potential gaps and opportunities for product growth and innovation, adapting product to market trends or technological changes to stay competitive.
Conduct user research and market analysis to anticipate needs, benchmark against competitors, and develop impactful solutions.
Minimise rework and inefficiencies by validating ideas early through discovery and iterative prototyping, incorporating user feedback.
Continuously optimise value delivery by leveraging data insights and stakeholder feedback for product refinement.
Align and streamline customer journeys across the hive to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Proactively work with technical counterparts to mitigate technical debt and balance risk and regulatory items with other delivery objectives, focusing on reducing rework to keep costs low and improve efficiency.
Balance functional and non-functional requirements by proactively addressing performance, scalability, and reliability through a structured mitigation approach.
Manage and prioritise the Unified Backlog, aligning cross-hive priorities and ensuring synchronisation with other Hive Leads.
Collaborate daily as a hive leadership member, communicating regular updates, presenting product increments to stakeholders and act as the point of escalation for the Product Owners.
Chair Hive Quarterly Big Room Planning sessions, driving alignment and accountability across teams.
Participate in and contribute to governance forums like Refinement Forum (RF) and Quarterly Performance Review (QPR) to ensure compliance and oversight.
Take accountability for release sign-off, ensuring all quality and readiness checks are met.
Oversee product lifecycle activities, ensuring adherence and alignment to Enterprise Software Delivery Lifecycle (eSDLC), Change Delivery Standards, and other governance standards.
Ensure transparent planning, tracking, and communication of progress and product value through our enterprise tools like ADO, Confluence and Clarity
Engage with process and risk control owners to design robust processes that address organisational requirements.
Monitor and address risks related to process changes, operational delivery, and backlog management to safeguard delivery timelines.
Partner with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to manage vendor relationships and maintain the procurement process, ensuring ownership aligns with the nature of the engagement: business-owned engagement (e.g., vendor-led training, industry reporting) to be handled by PO, and technology-owned engagements (e.g., technical services such as Google or Apple push notifications) to be managed by respective technology owners.
Define, track and maintain hive OKRs, aligning outcomes with strategic goals and driving measurable impact.
Enable continuous value delivery through ongoing feedback loops and improvement cycles informed by stakeholder feedback and data insights.
Measure and evaluate product and hive performance, assessing impact on business and hive performance metrics and identify areas for growth.
Leverage data and analytics to drive decisions, enhance customer experience and optimise customer journeys
Regulatory & Business Conduct

Qualification
Education B TECH or BE or MBA grade in Computer Science/ Information Systems or related IT Area; 12 to 18 Years
