Job Title: MIS Executive Location- Goregaon Company - Insurance Service providing company Days of working- 6 days working Experience - 1 years in MIS ( required) Key Responsibilities: - Data Management: - Develop and maintain databases to store organizational data securely. - Regularly update and cleanse databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Implement data quality standards and procedures to maintain high-quality data. - Reporting and Analysis: - Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as required by different departments. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Prepare presentations and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. - System Maintenance and Development: - Manage and troubleshoot existing MIS systems, ensuring smooth operation. - Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems to enhance efficiency and functionality. - Collaborate with IT teams to integrate MIS systems with other organizational systems. - Training and Support: - Provide training and support to end-users on MIS systems and tools. - Address user queries and issues related to data management and reporting. - Compliance and Security: - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational data security policies. - Implement access controls and user permissions to safeguard sensitive data. - Continuous Improvement: - Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in MIS and data management. - Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline workflows. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in data management, analysis, and reporting. - Proficiency in VlOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot table, Advance excel.: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. +321XXXXXX Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Ability to Relocate: - Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
