Product Manager-Business Banking Grade M4/M5 Product Manager is the key owner of strategy, execution, customer experience and profitability of the product across the bank. Product Management involves comprehensive understanding of all the key factors viz consumer;, industry; regulator; organization, distribution channels, technology, product branding and communication. In the current dynamically changing environment, product management needs to be agile and be able to adapt to technologies and changing consumer behaviors using data analytics. Product Manager – Business banking ( CA NTB) is team leadership role who will be responsible for achieving annual budgets for NTB CA nos., value , ATS, quality of new acquisitions from different business channels of the bank. He will develop new products and propositions for various segments of business banking customers with tie up with eco system. He will review existing process /forms, KYC guidelines, onboarding journeys and works towards their simplification in sync with our goal of customer centricity and delivery of better customer experience. He will drive bundled current account sourcing through various business banking solutions viz POS, CMS, QR Code, TFX , Assets. He will capitalize internal and external sources and generate sufficient quality leads with the help of analytics team for the sales and other channels of the bank to promote new acquisition. Job Role in detail : • Develop business strategies & product road maps, prioritize features/solutions based on business banking customer needs & impact to the business. • Identify the segment needs, develop & manage the product offering through constant competition benchmarking, build relevant features & offers to drive customer value proposition & profitability. • Develop consensus among stakeholders for product initiatives & strategies to translate product vision into features & solutions. • Design the full wireframe from Idea into executable product roadmap. • Design CLCM (customer life cycle management ) for current account customers through digital mediums and branches • Use data, analytics, external eco system & critical thinking to drive alignment on product vision, offering leads to the channel for NTB sourcing. • Drive business channels by periodic reviews, feedback, campaigns & contests. • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders which includes Process, Marketing, Analytics , Compliance, Legal, BSG, IT etc. • Do external tie up with fintech /aggregators/vendors/ other partners to product delivery & increase efficient . • Review existing process, formats, on boarding journey and simplify them to ensure delightful on boarding and good customer experience. • Participate in Budgeting & Strategic planning initiatives and periodical update to Sr. management about portfolio performance and completion products and practices • Work on team development & career growth path. Job Requirement: • At least 10 years of relevant experience in business banking Product Management, & have managed a team. • Experience in driving medium to large scale transformation with high impact product launches. • Business acumen to work around ambiguity & partner with senior leadership to deliver on the product vision. • Leadership skill with growth mind set, collaborative, inclusive, taking other along to drive the results with an exhibition of the value. • Strategic insights and ability to read and understand data • Ability to read customer behavior and trends • Innovative and problem solving approach • High on process and technology understanding • Understanding of customer life cycle • Understanding of regulatory framework and banking • Should be influential in written and verbal communication
