Job Role:
• Product Development - responsibilities will include understanding requirements, customer journeys and drive product strategy.
• Product ownership - which includes conceptualization, prioritization and delivering projects, collaborating with cross-functional and cross- organizational teams to manage end to end implementation.
• Customer Life Cycle Management - responsible for managing the complete product life cycle including portfolio management through effectively identifying the target customer base, customer engagement strategy, prepare campaign calendar and run digital marketing campaigns in a cost effective manner.
Requirements:
• Experience required – MBA with 2 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Product Development (writing user stories, product specs) and Product Management (Driving usage, optimization etc) across platforms/channels.
• Understanding of Digital Open banking space and payments ecosystem is a plus.
