HO Product Manager | Debit and Prepaid Cards|HO SUPPORT|Debit Card

Job Role: Business management and Analysis for Domestic Prepaid cards / wallets. Manage the P & L for the Prepaid Cards / Wallets Portfolio Coordination with various department / Users like BSG teams, RL Ops, IT, External agencies etc.. to ensure smooth execution projects as per requirement. Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues, identify opportunities, suggest automation, improve product offerings from a digital and physical value delivery to external customers. Engage with and create external alliances to ensure organic and non organic growth of the Prepaid portfolio. Ensure all regulatory and internal compliances are adhered to for the product from time to time. Should take initiatives to provide solutions which help in revenue generation, process improvement, cost saving for the bank. Ensure an organization structure is necessarily created and maintained for successful delivery of business goals. Create a structure to provide Timely & Accurate MIS and business reporting is sent out to the senior management for product level analysis. Key Requirement : Complete knowledge of Prepaid Cards industry and Competition. Thorough Knowledge of Products & systems related to Prepaid Cards Well Versed with VISA, MasterCard or Rupay regulations and workings and commercial terms Extensive experience in end to end Product / Project implementation in issuing domain. Ability to visualize the risks involved to design a robust product offering Atleast 8 year's total experience and minimum 4 years experience in the related field required for this position. Ability to network in the domain players to enable multiple alliances Well versed with broad Office Automation tools like MS Excel, MS Access etc.. Should be an effective Team Player Should have good analytical skills and an eye for detail. Should be a Post Graduate from a renowned institution
