The HOD LAW will oversee legal operations, ensure compliance with legal standards, and provide guidance on business law, labor, and employment law. Daily tasks include conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and advising on legal matters. The HOD will collaborate with other departments to ensure legal adherence and provide strategic direction in legal affairs.
Qualifications
• Proficient in Law, Business Law, and Labor and Employment Law
• Strong skills in Research and Writing
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with other departments
• Relevant experience in similar roles is a plus
• Advanced degree in Law or related field required
