Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday Consultant, based in Kochi. The Holiday Consultant will be responsible for creating bespoke holiday packages, liaising with clients to understand their travel needs, and providing excellent customer service throughout the booking and travel process. The role also involves coordinating with hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
Qualifications
• Experience in customer service and travel consulting
• Knowledge of global travel destinations and tourism trends
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
