Job Description
Performance Marketing & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a Sr. Manager and clients to understand client requirements and manage their accounts accordingly
- Create, manage and optimize campaigns across multiple clients for all applicable digital marketing channels such as Search, Display, App and Facebook/Instagram
- Assess clients' campaign performance against goals (ROI and KPIs) regularly and take actions accordingly
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports to track key metrics and maintain budgetary control
- Do keyword research, write ad copies and manage bids for paid search, display and app campaigns
- Identify target audiences, get the appropriate creatives designed and devise/execute campaigns for Search, Display, App and Social Media campaigns
- Partner with internal creative teams to develop integrated marketing messaging and creatives
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA from Tier-1/2 colleges, B.Tech. from a good college would be a plus
- 1-2 years of work experience in BD, Sales, Analytics or similar roles; candidates with experience in digital marketing would be preferred
- Open to working in a fast-paced startup culture with quick adaptability and multi-tasking skills
- Extremely hungry to grow professionally, with a result-oriented mindset and a bias towards action
- Strong analytical skills, Excellent communication (oral as well as written) and project management skills
