Key Responsibilities

• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Education: Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• * Certification: TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification is highly desirable.
• * Experience: Previous ESL teaching experience (online or in-person) is an advantage, though not required.
• * Technology Proficiency: Comfort with online teaching tools and virtual classrooms.
• * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• * Adaptability: Ability to adjust teaching methods based on student needs and learning styles.
• * Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple students and lesson plans effectively.

• Experience
