Overview

The Home Based Services at Northern Community Health Service, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Administration Officer. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our clients and staff by providing essential administrative and clerical services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to clients of Home Based Services (Northern Community Health Service);

Manage the Community Health switchboard and reception area;

Perform word processing, data entry, and medical record services accurately and efficiently;

Assist in scheduling and rostering for the client management system CCCME.

Ability to problem solve and be positive and adapt to change;

Ability to prioritise workload and perform functions with minimum supervision within a broader team environment;

ability to be customer focused, committed to quality client services, including problem solving, while maintaining confidentiality.
