About The Role

Manage end-to-end claims, including recovery actions and liability determination
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring meticulous maintenance of electronic claim files, timely application of claim settlements, and effective liaison with investigators and assessors.
Delivering exceptional customer service, developing positive working relationships, and facilitating an open dialogue on policy interpretations and claim management.
Adhering to established procedures and policies, processing claims promptly for optimal outcomes and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Embracing diverse challenges and opportunities for professional growth and impact within a dynamic and supportive organisation.

Skills & Experience

At least 2 years experience in claims insurance role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
