Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Staff Nurse with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in post-surgical care, elder care, chronic care, and specialized nursing services, including tracheotomy, urinary catheterization, wound care, injections, IV infusion, and diabetic care. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional healthcare to elderly patients, post-surgical patients, and those with chronic conditions in their homes.

Qualifications:
• General Nursing (GNM) equivalent degree
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in post-surgical care, elder care, chronic care, and specialized nursing services
• Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly, post-surgical, and chronically ill patients, including assessment, care planning, and patient/family education.
• Administer specialized nursing treatments such as tracheotomy care, urinary catheterization, wound care, injections, IV infusions, and diabetic care.
• Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and follow prescribed treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medication administration records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Respond to medical emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.
• Adhere to healthcare standards, protocols, and regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
