What you'll be doing:
We are looking for a dynamic leader to guide a team of Customer Managers, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service, managing claims costs, and driving continuous improvement while supporting team development and achieving business objectives.
A bit about you:
Proven leadership experience
Effective ways to prioritise and manage workloads
Previous insurance and/or claims experience is desirable
Solid experience and understanding of our insurance products, cover and interpretation.
