• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Cook or Home Cook
• Passion for cooking and a strong understanding of different cuisines
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Roles And Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and guests' dietary requirements
• Ensure that all meals are prepared and presented in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working order
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures at all times
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and develop new menus
• Monitor and control food and ingredient inventory
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
