About the role:
As a Home Delivery Driver Assistant, you are to assist with loading, unloading, delivering and picking up customer’s product with a Driver in a safe way and ensuring the quality and security of the products, and the completion of required scanning and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
To carry out your work as outlined in the company training modules, operations manual, policies, rules, standards, and procedures.
To work in a helpful, friendly, and polite manner, when dealing with receivers and others.
Deliver as per agreed delivery time and conduct delivery, unpacking, installs as per instructions from Fliway or customer.
To wear the correct uniform and PPE that is supplied for the tasks you are doing, and to take care of them and your appearance so you represent Fliway professionally.
Perform all functions in a safe manner.
Be responsible for daily checks on the vehicle in your care.
To be responsible for a vehicle and required actions involved in the pickup and delivery of the freight requiring one or more persons.
Complete all scanning and notifications correctly and on time – as required in the procedure for Fliway or as specified by the customer.
