Job Description
The Sales Associate role at Nex Building Group is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and supporting them through the sales process.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of home design and living spaces, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the Building & Design Consultant to ensure business sales and customer service objectives are achieved.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcome visitors to the fully furnished display home
Schedule appointments and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display home
Support customers through the sales cycle from developing, qualifying leads to nurturing and closing
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions
Collaborate with the Building & Design Consultant to ensure business sales and customer service objectives are achieved
Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard and within required timeframes
