Major Responsibilities
• Relationship building and ensuring the ultimate level of care and customer service is provided.
• Assist adults with activities of daily living.
• Provide a safe, healthy and productive daily living environment.
• Increase quality of life by being respectful, professional, and understanding of the resident's needs.
• Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results.
Minimum Qualifications
• Secondary Education Diploma or GED equivalent or two (2) years' experience.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
