Cor Meum Home Health is seeking a motivated and results-driven Home Health Marketing & Referral Liaison to help grow our referral network and brand presence. The ideal candidate will build relationships with referral sources and support marketing efforts to increase patient referrals in the community.
Responsibilities
Develop relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and community partners to generate referrals
Promote Cor Meum Home Health services through in-person and digital outreach
Manage basic digital marketing efforts, including social media and online ads
Help maintain website and marketing materials
Create simple marketing content for emails, flyers, and social media
Track referral activity and report results
Represent the company professionally at community events and meetings
Requirements
Experience in healthcare or home health marketing preferred
Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, or referral-based outreach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Basic computer and marketing software skills
Position Details
Flexible schedule

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
