Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Home Interior Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing interior design projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop design solutions, and coordinate with various teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience (3-6 years) in interior project management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and current interior design trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Meet with clients to understand their interior design requirements, preferences, and budget.
Provide expert advice on layout, materials, colors, and furnishings to achieve the desired look.
Project Management:
Oversee all phases of the interior design project, including planning, procurement, and installation.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other service providers to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
Vendor and Material Coordination:
Source and negotiate with suppliers for furniture, materials, and dcor items.
Ensure that all materials used meet quality standards and are delivered as per project timelines.
On-site Supervision:
Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of the project.
Address any issues or challenges that arise during installation and ensure the final design matches the agreed-upon vision.
Client Communication:
Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects.
Handle any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
