Job Overview:
HDFC Bank is seeking motivated and target-driven individuals to join our team as Home Loan Field Sales Representatives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling home loan products to potential customers in the Surat, Vadodara, Ahmedabad, and Rajkot regions. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with customers in the assigned regions to understand their financial needs and provide suitable home loan solutions.
Conduct thorough financial assessments of customers to determine their eligibility for home loan products.
Educate customers about the features, benefits, and terms of home loan products offered by HDFC Bank.
Assist customers with the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and submitted accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit, legal, and operations, to ensure a smooth and timely loan approval process.
Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations related to home loans.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets.
Good understanding of home loan products, processes, and documentation requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
