HOME LOAN SPECIALIST

Full job description

1. Lead Generation & Business Development

Identify potential customers for home loans through field activity, real estate agents, builders, and DSA channels.

Develop relationships with property developers, real estate agents, and financial planners to generate leads.

Participate in property exhibitions and loan melas.

2. Customer Profiling & Consultation

Understand customer’s home buying needs and financial eligibility.

Explain product features, interest rates, tenure, EMI, and process flow.

Advise clients on documentation and property eligibility.

3. Documentation & Application Processing

Collect and verify income, identity, and property documents as per policy.

Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, and technical) for processing.

Ensure error-free application submission and quick turnaround.

4. Loan Closure & Disbursement

Follow up with credit and operations for sanction and disbursal.

Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.

Assist customers with registration, legal queries, and post-disbursal service if needed.

5. Compliance & Reporting

Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Maintain records of customer interactions and track sales funnel in CRM systems.

Submit daily/weekly reports to managers on pipeline and conversions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
