Our Home Loan Specialists are fully qualified mortgage brokers with the backing of a powerful brand, smart technology, and highly specialised support to fuel their income growth.
As a Home Loan Specialist, You Will
support customers with their home lending needs virtually, via phone, email, and video chat
be powered by the industry’s #1 home loan platform. With customers able to login to upload documents and check the status of their application, our brokers experience speed to settlement at up to four times faster than industry average
Field pre-qualified customer appointments booked for you by our in-house sales associates. That means no time wasted with poor quality, cold leads.
Submit deals to our in-house client solutions team for processing. Say goodbye to being buried in paperwork! Our client solutions team also proactively follow up with lenders and liaise with customers on your behalf via the platform. That means no more sitting on hold with the bank.
Thanks to our proprietary platform and pioneering processes designed to help you scale your income growth, our Home Loan Specialists are some of the most productive brokers in the industry, averaging over 12 deals a month - 4 times the industry average! But this is only the beginning…..our top performing Home Loan Specialists are lodging 30+ deals a month, and we’re working towards seeing our whole team lodge a deal a day.
Qualifications
If you have previous broking or lending experience, or have spent time in a branch or phone-based financial services role, then this is a golden opportunity to progress your career and scale your income growth to the next level.
To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Need
A keen desire to build a successful career in the fintech/mortgage lending space
Alignment with our vision of changing the way Australians experience home lending, for good
A high level of drive, motivation and integrity, underpinned by a desire to help Australians achieve their home ownership dreams
A Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking. If you don’t have a Cert IV but meet our other criteria, we can help you obtain the certificate
Unrestricted Australian working rights
