Job Description
Build and scale the home loan vertical from scratch. Drive sourcing, partnerships, and customer conversion.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up lender partnerships (banks/NBFCs).
• Design loan journey (lead to disbursal).
• Work with sales team to convert property clients into loan customers.
• Build SOPs, pricing logic, and commission structures.
• Track funnel metrics: login, sanction, disbursal.
• Improve TAT and customer experience.
• Coordinate with ops, legal, and sales teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 2–3 years experience in home loans / mortgage / BFSI.
• Experience in DSA, bank, or fintech lending setup.
• Strong understanding of loan process (login → sanction → disbursal).
• Good relationship skills with lenders.
• Execution-focused. Comfortable building from scratch.

• TAT improvement
