Pegasus Mortgages Lending Center is a boutique multi-national mortgage brokerage with offices in Toronto, Canada, and Miami, USA. We work with a variety of banks, professional associations, alternative and private lenders. We are looking for a visionary, driven self-starter to be our Homes Loans Officer. Reporting directly to our Team Lead Sales and Development along with our Operations Director, you will be responsible to develop a premiere sales culture, and manage our client base.

Major Responsibilities:

· Play a key role in advising clients of high-level mortgage and investments solutions from a range of available mortgage and investment solutions

· By asking thoughtful financial questions, engage with customers and create positive experiences to retain and deepen relationships

· Increase customer financial confidence by providing personalized mortgage and investment advice, answering customer questions, and addressing their concerns; raising matters as appropriate to team members or partners while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy

· Act as a point of contact for the frontline staff and sales agents in handling client concerns and mortgage transactions

· Maintain professional space in common areas as per marketing and regulatory guidelines

· Work closely with existing and prospective clients to provide financial review of their mortgage products, discuss portfolio updates and suggest additional personalized solutions based on their financial goals

· Stay knowledgeable about emerging issues, evolving regulations and industry codes of conduct as well as participate in process improvement opportunities to protect the interests of the organization

· Strive to achieve and improve service level agreements and productivity targets

· Ensure documents are prepared consistent with relevant regulations and in a way properly reflecting business intentions

· Participate fully as a team member, help build a positive and diverse work environment, willingly assist and mentor others in the completion of work activities, and address communication issues efficiently

Required Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a Sales, Sales Operations, Go-To-Market or Marketing role.

Experience with strategic planning and the ability to execute strategic initiatives.

Working knowledge of various CRM’s and Project/Task management system.

Any high-quality training or certification will help stand out from the competition

· Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

· Results-orientated and able to work independently.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-focus orientation - demonstrates a vocal and confident style; shares thoughts and opinions and presents ideas with conviction and courage and has a passion for sales excellence

· Sales Experience in Financial/Banking/Mortgage products would be preferred

· Ability to work both independently and in a team setting; flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Other Requirement:

· A desktop workstation based on our specifications with 2 hours battery backup

· A headset microphones

· Internet with backup power

· Electricity backup (Ups/Generator/Others)

· Dedicated area/separate room for work

Salary:

· Final Salary to be determined based on experience, certifications, and qualifications

Schedule:

Eastern Standard Time (Toronto time)

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per yea
