High-end residential contracting company with over 30 years experience is looking for part time and full-time labourers and carpenters. Communication and efficiency is key. We always have multiple sites in progress which will require you to prioritize and cooperate with your coworkers to ensure tasks are completed on time with no loose ends. Attention to detail is a must as we take pride in tidiness and respect for the homes of our clients. We have a solid crew of people that work hard and have fun. Some of the duties you will initially encounter are general site cleanups, organizing, protecting finished house interiors, demolition, material deliveries, assisting other tradesmen. Work days are Monday to Friday 8am-430pm Partial work week can be discussed also The majority of our sites are in the Kerrisdale, Kitsilano, Dunbar, Southlands, Fairview and Shaughnessy neighbourhoods. This would be ideal for somebody with some experience with labour but a willingness to learn is more important. CSA approved boots are required. Gloves, earplugs, safety glasses and masks are provided. Valid driver's license is optimal Labourer $25/hour to start with opportunity for growth!
