Job Description
Tatva Global School is seeking qualified and experienced Grade 3 Homeroom Teachers to join our dedicated team of educators. The selected candidates will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students, fostering their academic and personal development.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
Teach English, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies (EVS) to Grade 3 students.
Utilize effective teaching strategies and instructional techniques to engage students and promote active learning.
Assess student progress, prepare and administer tests, assignments, and examinations.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their learning and growth.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance, grades, and assessments.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and mutual respect.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and enhance the overall learning experience.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress, address concerns, and foster a strong home-school partnership
Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and other school-related events as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of previous experience teaching primary classes, preferably Grade 3.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the English, Mathematics, and EVS curricula for primary grades.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of students.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering students' academic and personal development.
