We're looking for a talented and experienced home & textile Designer to join our in-house design team in this parental leave contract; starting in September 2026 until Oct 2026.

Job Description
Our in-house Design team is the creative conduit in the business - Our Designers (working collaboratively & alongside our buying and sourcing departments) to proactively research trend, designing graphics and print and adding to the building of our private label Home ranges in a cohesive way – working from concept to artwork set up and all elements in between and spanning across our entire Home category.

Your work will end up on our shelves in front of our customers so a true customer mindset and ability to design fitting business and commercial needs is a must! Your wheelhouse of graphic and textile design skills and experience will help deliver exciting, must-have trend focused ranges!

You'll get the opportunity to work on wide range of products (including seasonal ranges) - create visual impact (and excitement) for our customers through thoughtful and commercial design skills!

A snapshot of the role will see you:

Trend forecasting - develop key trend, colour and designs across our home / softgoods and soft textiles space
Home & soft textiles design
Work collaboratively with buying and sourcing teams to curate and build cohesive ranges
Research and apply market & trend information through design analytics.
Qualifications
You will be someone who enjoys a dynamic and varied role with a great eye, passion for trends and graphic design! You’ll have the ability to identify trends and translate these ideas into products our will customers love! Cross-functional collaboration and time management is key - retail is dynamic and fast-paced and working to key critical paths will be key!

Senior level designer experience, taking trend to product from concept through execution and partnering with overseas manufacturers
Home and soft textiles graphics & design experience highly desirable!
Commercial sense working within a retail environment
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator & Photoshop
