Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and manage data into our databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy before entry.
• Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on data entries.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes.
• Respond to data inquiries and provide necessary information as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and familiar with data entry software.
• Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with high accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with home-based work environments is an advantage.
• Working Hours:
• Flexible working hours, with a commitment of 15-25 hours per week.
• Must be available for occasional team meetings via video conferencing.
