Job Title: Horticulture Executive
Location: karnapalli Hosur
Experience: 1+ Year
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or a related field
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Horticulture Executive with at least 1 year of experience to oversee and maintain the health, growth, and sustainability of plants, landscapes, and gardens. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of plant care, landscaping, pest control, and irrigation management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and development of gardens, landscapes, and green spaces.
Conduct plant selection, propagation, and plantation as per seasonal requirements.
Monitor soil health, irrigation systems, and fertilization schedules.
Identify and control pests, diseases, and weeds using sustainable solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for seeds, fertilizers, and gardening tools.
Ensure compliance with horticultural standards and environmental guidelines.
Supervise ground staff and provide training on best horticultural practices.
Maintain records of plant growth, treatments, and maintenance schedules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or related field.
1+ year of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or nursery management.
Knowledge of plant species, soil conditions, fertilizers, and pest control.
Experience with irrigation systems and greenhouse management is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in outdoor environments and manage multiple projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
