About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and proactive Hospital Aide to join our Neonatal Care team. In this role, you will play an important part in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised environment to support our nursing and administration teams and to help protect the wellbeing of our vulnerable babies.
You will contribute to the smooth daily running of our busy unit by ensuring high standards of hygiene, assisting with general support tasks, and responding to the needs of the team.
We have 2 part-time positions of 30 hours per week available, worked on a Monday to Sunday rostered shifts, based at Middlemore Hospital.
About You

Strong communication and customer service skills
The ability to use initiative and apply effective problem-solving
Reliability, with the ability to follow instructions and remain calm under pressure
A willingness to contribute to improving systems and processes
Excellent verbal and written English
Previous healthcare experience
Basic computer skills
A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work both in a team and independently
Please note: This is a Hospital Aide position and is not suitable for Healthcare Assistants.
