KEYPAP Coordinator Overview:
This position is part of a multidisciplinary team that helps patient coordinators & patients with effective communication & implementation of the Keytruda patient access program in collaboration with the Keypap center.
Key Responsibilities: For Patients- • Will meet up with the patient & help the patient understand the Keypap program & the documentation process. • Will help the patient connect with the Keypap center. • Will maintain patient data confidentiality
For patient coordinators – • Will meet up on a regular basis as per the agreed frequency • Will help communicate the Keypap program effectively • Will clarify the requirements (documents & eligibility) for the program.
Coordinators will not do the following: • Talk about Disease state • Talk about the medicine or mode of treatment • Will Not influence the process • Will not share any data to MSD or anyone else apart from the Keypap center
Required Skill Set: Coordinator should be able to communicate in multiple languages (English, Hindi & geography specific local language). They should also be able to build and maintain strong relationships with the patient coordinators. Coordinators should be able to schedule appointments & reach out to patients & patient coordinators physically, via phone & email to coordinate for communication & completion of the Keypap process. They should also be familiar with basic computer operations (MS office & email) as they will be required to communicate with the Keypap center for coordination and submission of reports. Coordinators should have good Interpersonal skills (soft skills related to counsellor jobs like clear communication, articulation, being polite, empathy, etc.) & should have the ability to travel as per the defined geography. Travel will include Headquarter, ex headquarter & Outstation travel. Driving skills (at least two-wheeler) required as the counsellor will be required to travel extensively. The KEYPAP Coordinator will use a company owned mobile handset/ telephone number which will act as a local helpline for patients of a particular geography.
Educational qualification: Graduate, Nursing degree with experience is also good enough.
