Responsibilities:
• Internalizing and adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.) for medication management.
• Selecting high-quality pharmaceutical products and negotiating rates with suppliers.
• Approving purchase orders and preparing shift rosters for pharmacy staff.
• Recruiting, training, and supervising new pharmacists and interns.
• Leading the pharmacy committee and participating in meetings with Medical Representatives.
• Conducting medicine audits for expiry dates and ensuring proper storage conditions.
• Implementing medication safety training programs for staff.
• Assisting with routine work, including conducting second checks on gate passes.
• Ensuring compliance with JCIA standards during ward rounds.
Requirements:
• D. Pharma or B. Pharma degree.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work on computers and manage medication-related documentation.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
