Full job description
We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Desk Executive to join Namah Neuro Hospital. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in hospital management software, proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Greet and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
✅ Handle patient registrations, appointments, and billing using Hospital Management Software
✅ Maintain and update patient records accurately
✅ Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
✅ Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
✅ Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Key Requirements:
✔ Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Hospital Management Software
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔Communication & Soft Skills:
Fluent in English (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus)
Polite, professional, and well-mannered
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
