We are looking for an experienced and friendly Receptionist to join our hospital team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors and play a key role in managing IPD admissions and front desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
Handle IPD (In-Patient Department) admissions and discharge procedures
Manage front desk activities including answering calls, appointment scheduling, and guiding visitors
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff for smooth patient flow
Manage billing queries and support administrative work as needed
Requirements:
1 to2 years of experience working in the healthcare sector (hospital/clinic)
Good understanding of IPD and OPD processes and hospital systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital software
Able to work in rotational shifts (2 shifts) and on rotational weekly offs
Shift Details:
Shift timings will be rotational (morning/evening)
Weekly offs will also be on a rotation basis
