Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hospital Sales Executive located in Jorhat, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Hospital Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Themis Medicare products to hospitals, maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and updating the CRM system with relevant sales information. The role involves conducting product presentations, participating in medical conferences, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or hospital sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of Themis Medicare products and services in categories like anesthesia, critical care, and cardiology
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital administrators
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant degree in business, marketing, or a related field
