Responsibilities
This role will work in our Warehouse (Back of House) and will support the Warehouse Lead with Sonder’s supply chain and guest experience throughout the city
This role is best fit for someone who is organized and focused, aimed at efficiency and scalability when it comes to logistics and supply chain, and who is self-motivated and autonomous
The primary responsibilities of the Warehouse Coordinator will be supporting in the daily operation of Sonder’s storage facilities, including new building setup and then by maintaining inventory in our warehouse and storages to create a safe and accessible environment for on-the-ground staff
This will reduce issues and equip hospitality agents to solve guest requests quickly and efficiently
Our Logistics / Warehouse Coordinator - Back of House will also be responsible for their ability to complete tasks in an efficient manner, problem-solve issues independently and quickly, support the Warehouse Lead to implement processes when needed and communicate efficiently internally and externally
Follow best practices around preparing, performing and completing tasks
Assist Warehouse Lead in setting up and maintaining back of house operations across Sonder’s portfolio to support day-to-day operations including Property Management, Hospitality, housekeeping, and laundry
Shipping / Receiving
Use of the Sonder van to execute timely deliveries
Regularly move and lift boxes up to 80lbs
Pack linen for our housekeeping partner
Prepare linen pickups for our linen partner
Problem solve quickly and confidently
Provide support on in-building storage cleanups

AT SONDER YOU WILL:
