Join Compass UK & Ireland as a Conference and Events Raceday Operations Manager. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our C&E Operational Team and manage the day-to-day delivery of Raceday Hospitality and Retail. If you have a passion for food and hospitality, with excellent communication and leadership skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to improve event delivery and hospitality experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
About You
• Proven experience in managing large-scale events, preferably in a sporting environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
