We are seeking a highly motivated Food And Beverage Associate to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized service to guests, including serving food courses and alcoholic beverages, answering questions on menu selections, and communicating with the kitchen regarding menu questions.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in recording transactions in the MICROS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Related work experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
