Ensure compliance with the Sale and Supply of ******* Act and maintain responsible service of alcohol.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld in accordance with New Zealand regulations.

Oversee cash handling, EFTPOS transactions, and end-of-day reconciliations.
Coordinate with security staff to ensure patron safety.
Report maintenance or operational issues to the venue manager promptly.
