The Role:
You will drive all engagement and local marketing activities in and around the restaurant, fostering a fun and positive vibe for guests and help make BYBG a great neighborhood place.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
• Event Planning & Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to create online campaigns for events and promotions.
• Community Building & Local Restaurant Marketing: Develop initiatives that encourage customer participation, such as exclusive events, tastings, brewery tours, and loyalty programs.
• Brand Advocacy & Customer Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring personalized interactions and high service standards.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years in the above domain with a known brand/bar/brewpub (Mandatory).
• Dynamic go-getter with enthusiasm and passion.
