Job description

Greeting guests

- Acting in a professional manner at all times during the customer visit

- Get customer sales requirement / preferences through designed form.

- Coordinating with H/K Staff, Serving Staff and facility staff to ensure best of the facilities to be provided.

- Serving customers with quality foods and beverages.

- Recording, Reordering and Restocking supplies.

- Reporting breakages and maintenance issues if any.

- Entering data into a spreadsheet

- Handling customer complaints/ensuring guest satisfaction

- Organising a schedule for housekeeping of designated office area and show flat / villa.
