Job description Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Revenue Consultant to join our project team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality industry, particularly in revenue management for 4 or 5-star hotels. Excellent networking skills within the hospitality sector are essential, including strong connections with travel agents, tour operators, distributors, and destination management companies (DMCs). The consultant should maintain a large client base and robust relationships within the industry. Working alongside a team of experts, the consultant will strategize and implement measures to enhance business performance and drive revenue growth for a hospitality enterprise. Responsibilities: Revenue Augmentation • Identify and collaborate with national travel agents, DMCs, online travel agencies, and other businesses to attract more guests. • Develop attractive and competitive packages to enhance the guest experience and drive bookings. • Partner with various entities to bundle services such as dining, spa, and local tours into appealing packages. A proven track record in driving hotel sales and working with diverse entities is a MUST. Operational Excellence The expert is also required to add value to improve the operational capability of the hotels. The focus area shall include the following ; • Focus on guest relations and handle feedback efficiently to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction. • Streamline operations and manage the functioning of various hotels managed by the client. • Develop and execute plans to improve infrastructure and amenities. • Develop and monitor budgets for individual properties and the overall enterprise. • Implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability without compromising quality. • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s and above degree/diploma in Tourism/Hotel Management or any other related field. • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry having directly managed revenue growth and/or hotel operations of 4 or 5 star or similar rated/ category properties. • Experience of working in Hotel Industry /Tourism in Uttarakhand and/or other hilly states in the country will be preferred but not a constraint for the right candidate. Contractual Details: Contractual role for six (6) months, with the possibility of an extension for upto 1 year based on client feedback and performance.
