Our Internship Programme aims to offer undergraduate students the opportunity to gain valuable exposure in all aspects of our operational excellence.

Hotel-Based Internships include:
Front Office, Food & Beverage, Group Conference & Events, Sales, Human Resources, Marketing, Accounting, Kitchen and Housekeeping.

Embarking on a Hotel Internship marks the beginning of an exciting journey, where you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of hotel operations, acquiring invaluable hands-on experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking individuals who embody the Hilton Values (Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership and Now), possess a strong drive, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine zest for operational excellence.

· An undergraduate/ bachelor (or higher degree) student of Hospitality Colleges, Business Schools and/or Universities.

· Completing an internship as a compulsory part of the course curriculum and validated by college/school/university contact.

· Fluent in spoken and written English and/or the native language for the country you are applying for.

· Eligible to work within the country of the internship you have applied for.

· Available for a 6 - 12 month internship.

· A passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
