Position: Senior Interior Designer – Hospitality (Luxury Interiors)
Location: Mumbai / Pune (Hybrid / Remote Flexibility)

In your role as a Hospitality Interior Designer, you will lead the creative development of luxury interiors, transforming brand narratives into experiential spaces. From concept to execution, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to design environments that embody elegance, purpose, and innovation. What You will Do- Key Responsibilities
• Design High-Impact Luxury Interiors
• Lead the design of refined and experiential hospitality spaces including premium hotels, boutique resorts, and luxury dining establishments. Balance creativity with functionality to deliver immersive guest experiences that embody elegance and sophistication.
• Transform Brand Stories into Spatial Narratives
• Understand each client’s brand ethos and translate it into physical spaces that reflect identity, evoke emotion, and leave a lasting impression. From concept to detailing, ensure every element contributes to a cohesive design story.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines
• Work closely with architects, MEP consultants, lighting designers, and vendors to ensure seamless design integration. Act as a creative and technical liaison, aligning design vision with execution and ensuring excellence at every phase.
• Develop Design Presentations & FF&E Selections
• Create impactful concept presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and detailed FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) specifications tailored to each project’s context and budget. Source premium materials and finishes that enhance the sensory experience of each space.
• Stay Ahead of Global Hospitality Design Trends
• Continuously explore international design innovations, materials, and technologies. Bring fresh perspectives and trend-forward thinking to projects while maintaining the timeless appeal expected of luxury interiors.
Qualifications required-
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality interior design principles and premium/luxury design standards.
• Proficiency in Auto Cad, Sketch Up, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. BIM will be a plus.
• Solid understanding of technical drawings, 3D visualization, and design documentation.
• Experience preparing BOQs and detailed construction drawings.
• In-depth knowledge in technical documents /Specifications as used in hospitality/luxury premium interiors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
• Prior experience working in/with an Asian or international design studios is a plus\
