Role and Responsibilities
The Laundry Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Laundry Department, which plays a crucial role in maintaining the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and quality. This includes planning, organizing, and executing daily tasks, such as assigning and reviewing work for the laundry team, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, and communicating any concerns or issues to management.
Skills and Qualifications
• Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in laundry operations or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with laundry equipment and procedures.
